Plenty of space

Coming in at over 2600 sq. ft, there is plenty of room for your family and friends (& pup)! With 2 bedrooms downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs and gorgeous views out of each, there is sure to be a room that makes the most sense for each person in your party. Each bedroom has its own deck access and the french doors from the main living area open out to the lower deck, where there is plenty of room to hang out with your group and enjoy a meal. The front decks will offer views of the gulf and the neighborhood, with the lower deck offering a spot to either sunbathe or relax in the shade. The back decks will offer a more quiet retreat away from the sun, the perfect spot to read a good book or enjoy some quiet time over looking the wildlife preserve.

Extras for your comfort

We've been a beach-going family for over 30 years, so we tried really  hard to think of all the things that have made us extra comfortable at the rental homes we have stayed at along the way and incorporate them in to our house for you to enjoy.

We don't want you scrambling for a way to keep your beverages cold and your coolers filled with ice, so we decided a dedicated bar area was important.  Equipped with a beverage fridge that can hold up to 115 cans and a commercial ice maker that can produce up to 110lbs of ice per day, we have a one stop shop for all of your coolers before you head out for a day of fun in the sun.

Sturdy and comfortable Polywood deck furniture on each of the 4 decks provides plenty of outside seating for your group. An outdoor shower under the house allows you to rinse sand off of you before coming into the house.

Smart TVs galore in this house (7 total, each wall mounted to not take up space), with a 65" LCD TV in the living room, 50" LCD TVs in each of the primary (master) bedrooms and 43" LCD TVs in each of the the remaining 4 bedrooms, there is a place to gather half the group for a movie, put on cartoons for the kids in the bunk room (two triple bunks= room for 6 kiddos), watch a sporting event no one else cares to watch all at the same time (with 4 TVs to spare).

The internet is important to our crew and we figured it is for most, so we opted to go with the best option the island has to offer; fiber! Plenty of direct plug in ports, as well as a powerful router and your entire group should be in good shape when it comes to web browsing, streaming and working away from home.

Electric cars are becoming more common these days and of of course require charging so we had 2 home EV chargers installed. No more planning trips in to town just to charge for us or you!

The kitchen is well-appointed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances. A Keurig K-Duo Single-Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker allows you to use a K-Cup pod for a single serving or ground coffee to brew a pot to share. The large island boasts seating for 4, as well as an apron sink and dishwasher.  With 2 pantry spaces, a toaster oven, T-Fal non-stick cookware, Pyrex glass set, plenty of baking sheets, a large pot for a shrimp boil and plenty of utensils and dinnerware for both adults and kids,  we hope this kitchen has everything you need among its many cabinets. and drawers.

Dog Friendly? More like Dog Obsessed!

Dogs are family in our book and we want them to come and enjoy the beach life too! Dogs aren't allowed in Gulf Shores city limits but that is not a problem in our neck of the beach in Fort Morgan. With beach access so close, your pooch could be enjoying walks on the beach  with you in no time. There are several poop stations around the Morgantown neighborhood if you prefer to stick to the pavement, making picking up after your pet easy. A treat jar and stainless steel dog bowls on site, as well as extra leashes, a medium sized dog crate, an elevated dog bed, microfiber quick-drying dog towels, and some collapsible dog bowls for days at the beach and we've got your pet set for some paws and relaxation. No ruff days at Aurora Del Mar!
